This stunning beach side apartment is perfectly placed to make the most of the views of the Atlantic, with sharp architectural design the brief was colourful and coastal. I achieved this by pulling all the blues offered to me in the view outside the floor to ceiling windows! Bright turquoise, soft celeste, pops of ultramarine and indigo subtly come together to create the feeling of coastal in an uplifting subtle way.

I sourced rare, vintage Italian Perspex chairs and bar stools that were a beautiful silky orange colour so I let this colour have a pop in all rooms – bright crab cushions, hints of coral in the curtains, a rainbow stripe in the Cornish wool blankets and the golden orange gorse in the local artists oil painting which hang above the bed. Again a turn key project so from the purchase of the house the next time my clients opened the door they had a fully equipped second home, stocked ( even the gin cabinet!) and ready to kick of their flip flops and enjoy.
