I keep the name of this house anonymous for the client’s privacy. This stunning home is an on going project where I work with the client room by room, so far we have completed the kitchen,a bedroom, the morning room and the snug ( as seen in pictures – this was previously a dark shed type storage room at the rear of the property un used since the servants inhabited it over 100 years ago!) we worked hard to create a heritage feel in the room and chose a rich crimson to bring out the original Cornish slate fireplace – this fore would have warmed many a servants feet back in the day!

The husband of the house wanted his own space so we have gone with a Gentleman’s club feel with panelled walls, rich tan leather and herringbone and tweed. It has become a lovely warm and cosy space for him. We are currently working on the master bedroom and en suite. My love of antiques and history have been perfect to apply to the transformation of these stunning rooms – this project is a real pleasure!
