Firethorn is a contemporary new build a stone’s throw from Bude beaches and the bustling town. The brief was coastal minimalist which I achieved by sticking to a muted palette of coastal hues- soft blue, blonde wood and crisp whites. This is a second home and also an investment home which they rent out to holiday makers – I therefore ensured all materials were durable, practical and long lasting.

This was one of my ‘turn key’ projects where I completed the entire project- from a blank canvas to a fully stocked holiday home-dealing with all tradesman, installations, fire requirements, internet etc – the clients were able to do this completely remotely and went from viewing the house to 3 months later being able to open the door to their new fully stocked second home – with their wetsuits and wellies all waiting for them!
